CPU Configuration
The following CPU information will display:
Displays the CPU model
ID
Speed
L1 Data Cache
L1 Instruction Cache
L2 Cache
L3 Cache
L4 Cache
VMX
SMX/TXT
SW Guard Extentions (SGX)
Use this feature to enable or disable Intel Software Guard Extensions (SGX). SGX is a set
of CPU instructions that increases software security. The options are Software Controlled,
Enabled, and Disabled.
Select Owner EPOCH input type
Use this feature to select an Intel Software Guard Extensions EPOCH mode. Each mode
has different values, which can be entered manually. The options are No Change in Owner
EPOCHs, Change to New Random Owner EPOCHs, and Manual User Defined Owner
EPOCHs.
PRMRR Size
The BIOS must reserve a contiguous region of Processor Reserved Memory (PRM) in the
Processor Reserved Memory Range Register (PRMRR). This feature appears if SW Guard
Extensions is set to Enabled. The options are INVALID PRMRR, 32MB, 64MB, and 128MB.
Hardware Prefetcher
If this feature is set to Enable, the hardware prefetcher will prefetch streams of data and
instructions from the main memory to the Level 2 (L2) cache to improve CPU performance.
The options are Disabled and Enabled.
