    Troubleshooting guide If you encounter problems with the Truma App and / or the Truma iNet Box, we recommend checking that the app is up to date, and performing an update if necessary. In this eventuality, we also recommend a firmware update for the Truma iNet Box in accordance with the instructions in the firmware update section.
