Settings Menu - Events

This page allows to set events. If an event occurs, it is shown in the historical events menu. An event can
occur after exceeding the selected threshold values (cross-up) or after measuring values lower than the
selected threshold values (cross-down) for a determined period (time delay). The email report is sent
after 1 minute from the first event occurance and consists of all events that occured in this period. The
next report can only be sent after at least 30 minutes since the first event occurance and only in case
event conditions are still ongoing.
When adding a new event, please set the following:
Mains/Branches
Owner
Value
Type
Threshold
Time delay
Email
Select whether the event shall be created for mains or branches
Select main line or the branch name. For branches it is possible to create the
same event for several branches by selecting "Add many" option.
It identifies the quantity to which the event is linked
Type of alarm: Cross-up, Cross-down or No event
Threshold of selected value
Define for how long the event criteria should be fulfilled in order
to consider the occurrence as an event
If the box is selected, an e-mail will be sent.
The email address has to be defined in "Settings – Email, FTP".
