9.2.3. Replacing the gearing system

A Loosen the wheels (1) and open the valve cover (2).
B Push the controller (3).
Using a 7 mm wrench or flat screwdriver, unscrew (4) to free the meter cable (5) and the

controller (3).
D Using a 7 mm wrench or flat screwdriver, unlock the pistons from the screws (6).
E Using a flat screwdriver, free the upper piston plate (7).
F Using a 8 mm wrench or flat screwdriver, unscrew (8).
G Separate the gearing system plate (10) from the valve body (9).
H Change the gearing system plate (10).
I Reverse above procedure steps to rebuild.
Tip
These operations need to be performed before any cleaning or maintenance procedure.
