Like CN2, the Thermal Alarm LED connector (CN3) allows the user
to connect an alarm indicator light on the case.

You can use a switch (or a lock) to disable the keyboard so that the
PC will not respond to any input. This is useful if you do not want
anyone to change or stop a running program. Connect the switch
between Pins 4 and 5 to lock the keyboard.
