SD520: Stores a ms value (storage range: 0 to 65535).
SD521: Stores a µs value (storage range: 0 to 900 (0 to 999
for the Universal model QCPU and LCPU)).
Example: When the current scan time is 23.6ms, the following
values are stored:
•SD520 = 23
•SD521 = 600
This register stores the scan time of an initial execution type
program.

SD522: Stores a ms value (storage range: 0 to 65535).
