8. Separate the fanfold paper at the perforation on both
sides of the printer (i.e. at the paper input and at the paper
output of the printer).
9. Open the two green tractor cover plates (by positioning
them into the upright position).

10. Remove the jammed paper reachable from this input
side of the printer.
Please note: If you have to pull paper out of the printer, this
has to be done in transport direction only.
11. Now remove the jammed paper from the printer's output side by
pulling it out as shown in the following figure.
