CUTTING INSTRUCTION

・ Read the Safety instructions beginning on page 13 concerning proper use of the Chain saw.
・ Always wear gloves and protective clothing when operating the Chain saw.
・ Felling a tree requires knowledge and experience, especially in a case of felling a large diameter tree or cutting on
steep slopes or unstable ground. Please seek the advice of a real expert before attempting to fell a tree.
・ ・ ・ ・ Before attempting to fell a tree, cut some small logs or limbs to practice of the Chain saw operations.
・ ・ ・ ・ Apply only light pressure while running the engine at full throttle constantly.
If the chain is properly sharpened, the cutting should be relatively effortless. Replace the chain or sharpen it.

・ ・ ・ ・ If the saw pinches during cutting operation, stop the engine and insert a wedge to remove it.
・ ・ ・ ・ Do not let any person use your saw unless he has read this operator's manual and fully understands its
instruction.
・ ・ ・ ・ Use chain saw only to cut wood or wood products.
HOLDING THE SAW
With both hands, keep a good, firm grip on the saw. The right hand should be on the rear handle, and the left hand on the front
handle.
APPROPRIATE USE OF SPIKED BUMPER
Engage the spiked bumper firmly in the wood and pivot the saw around this contact point.
KICKBACK SAFETY PRECAUTION

If the upper quadrant of the tip of the bar touches any object, the reaction of the chain may drive the saw rapidly straight back
toward the operator. Do not cut limbs with the nose of the guide bar.

ISTRUZIONI PER IL TAGLIO

・ Leggere le Istruzioni di sicurezza in relazione al corretto uso della motosega partendo da pagina 13.
・ Quando si utilizza la motosega indossare sempre guanti e indumenti di protezione.
・ L'abbattimento di un albero richiede conoscenze ed esperienza, soprattutto quando si abbattono alberi di grande
diametro e quando si tagliano pendici molto ripide o terreni instabili. Prima di abbattere un albero, rivolgersi a un
esperto.
・ ・ ・ ・ Prima di abbattere un albero, tagliare qualche tronco di piccole dimensioni o rami in maniera tale da acquisire
dimestichezza con l'utilizzo della motosega.
・ ・ ・ ・ Applicare una leggera pressione mentre si fa girare il motore costantemente a pieni giri.
Se la catena è stata adeguatamente affilata, il taglio dovrebbe avvenire in maniera relativamente agevole. Sostituire

la catena o affilarla.
・ ・ ・ ・ Se durante tale operazione il materiale da tagliare resta impigliato nella catena, arrestare il motore, inserire un
cuneo e rimuoverlo.
・ ・ ・ ・ La sega può essere utilizzata solo da personale che abbia letto il presente manuale e ne abbia compreso appieno i
contenuti.
・ ・ ・ ・ Utilizzare la motosega solo per tagliare legno o prodotti a base di legno.
COME TENERE LA SEGA
Con entrambe le mani, mantenere una buona presa sulla sega. La mano destra deve essere posizionata sull'impugnatura posteriore
e quella sinistra sull'impugnatura anteriore.
USO CORRETTO DEL PARAURTI A DENTI
Inserire il paraurti a denti fermamente nel legno e quindi ruotare attorno a questo punto di contatto.
PRECAUZIONI IN CASO DI CONTRACCOLPO

Nel caso in cui il quadrante superiore della punta della barra entri a contatto con un oggetto, la catena può provocare un rapido
spostamento della sega direttamente verso l'operatore. Non tagliare i rami utilizzando la stella riportata sulla barra.
