ASSEMBLY

MOUNTING THE GUIDE BAR AND CHAIN
1. Make sure the chain brake is released.
Refer to "CHAIN BRAKE".
2. Unscrew the guide bar retaining nut and remove the chain case.
3. Attach the chain to the sprocket in the right direction first, then fit it in
the bar groove of the guide bar.
4. Make sure the chain brake is released.
5. Engage the rear part of the chain case with the hook on engine case,
and fit the tension adjuster into the bar hole. Reinstall the chain case
on the engine case and screw on the guide bar retaining nut only
finger tight.
6. Turn the tension adjusting screw clockwise to increase tension.
7. While still holding the bar nose up, tighten down the nut firmly with
using the supplied box spanner.
[Tightening torque]
1500～2000 N cm (153～204kgf-cm)
When tightening with the supplied box spanner, hold the handle of the supplied box spanner and securely tighten
the nut.
8. Tension is correct when the chain fits snugly against the bar and can still be pulled along the bar by hand. If necessary, loosen
the guide bar retaining nuts and readjust it.

MONTAGGIO

MONTAGGIO DELLA BARRA GUIDA E DELLA CATENA
1. Assicurarsi che il freno della catena sia sbloccato. Si faccia riferimento
a "FRENO DELLA CATENA".
2. Svitare il dado che tiene in posizione la barra e togliere il carter.
3. Collegare dapprima la catena al dente nella giusta direzione e quindi
inserire nella scanalatura prevista sulla guida.
4. Assicurarsi che il freno della catena sia sbloccato.
5. Utilizzando il gancio, impegnare la parte posteriore del carter sulla
carcassa del motore. Inserire il regolatore di tensione nel foro della
barra. Riposizionare il carter sulla carcassa del motore e avvitarlo sulla
barra guida, serrandolo senza forzare.
6. Stringere la vite di regolazione in senso orario, per aumentare la
tensione.
7. Tenendo la lama sempre sollevata, serrare il dado in maniera decisa,
utilizzando l'apposita chiave a tubo.
[Coppia di serraggio]
1500 2000 N cm (153 204 kgf-cm)
Per il serraggio del dado, utilizzare la chiave a tubo fornita, tenendola per la maniglia.
8. La tensione è corretta quando la catena è ben tesa contro la barra e può ancora essere tirata manualmente lungo la barra. Se
necessario, allentare la barra guida, agendo sui dadi e quindi regolarla di nuovo.

the following operations.
