    • Data recording and screen-shot function allow easy review of past echoes and recordings. • Scroll-back mode allows the user to review past data. • Gain changes made at the FCV-2100 are applied to all screens currently displayed on the FCV- 2100 (excludes external fish finders).

GRAPH FUNCTIONS 2.2.8 How to calibrate the target echo strength To accurately analyze fish distribution, it is necessary to calibrate target strength using a calibration sphere with a diameter of at least 38.1 mm. The calibration is done to match the target strength value displayed in the fish histogram dialog box with the tar- get strength value of the calibration sphere.

The depth at which the echoes were detected and the distribution is displayed, making this mode ideal for estimating the type of fish. Fish echoes from the last three scans are displayed, which helps to track schools.
