How to Change the Range
The range setting dictates the on-screen display distance and can be changed to suit
your requirements. The system has eight presets, each of which can be changed. The
default setting for the presets is listed in the table below.

Note 1: The preset ranges for the DFF3 when [External Fish Finder Window] set to
[On] at installation are listed below as "DFF3 - On". Where [External Fish Finder Win-
dow] set to [Off] at installation, the defaults are the same as FCV-2100 and DFF1-
UHD.
Note 2: You can change the preset range for of the presets, according to your require-
ments. See section 4.7.1 or section 4.8.4 for details.

How to change the range for FCV-2100 and external fish find-
ers
Where [External Fish Finder Window] is set to [Off] at installation, the shift function is
applied to both the FCV-2100 and the external fish finder.
To change the range, do the following:
1. Display the header if it is not "pinned". If the header is already displayed, go to step
2.
2. Select the [RANGE] indication on the header. The indication is now highlighted in
a green color.
3. Scroll to change the range. The display changes automatically with each change
in range.
Note 1: Where either auto shift or auto range is active, range cannot be adjusted man-
ually.
