7.5 System Trouble
If the alarm system encounters operational issues (called System Trouble), such as sensor low battery,
no GSM signal, etc., it will be displayed on the alarm panel as shown below:
System Trouble is indicated
on the start screen.
Refer to the list below for description of each System Trouble:

No SIM Card

Description
Problem with power supply or
low battery.
Land line is disconnected.
Weak GSM signal.
Low Battery
Low battery on a wireless sensor.
No supervision signal is received
Transmitter Loss
from wireless sensor.
Wired sensor has been triggered.
Power supply has been
disconnected.
GSM module has been
disconnected because of
abnormal power connection.
No SIM card inserted.
No contact to the GSM network.
System time incorrectly set.
CMS 1 Trouble
Communication error to CMS 1.
CMS 2 Trouble
Communication error to CMS 2.
SMS Trouble
Error when sending SMS.
1: Receiving phone doesn't reply
or is power off.
Dialling Trouble
2: Negative balance on SIM card.

Details for Zone Trouble. It
can be either low battery
to
or signal loss.
Solution
Check power supply.
Check the land line.
If no land line is connected, please
disable "Line Monitor". See more in
section [14.4 Line Monitor] on page 50.
Choose a better placement for the alarm
panel.
Change battery.
Check if the wireless sensor has been
moved or is broken.
Check if the wired sensor is functioning
properly.
Check power supply.
Disconnect and reconnect the power to
the GSM module.
Insert SIM card. If SIM card is already
inserted, remove the SIM card, restart
the panel and insert the SIM card again
Error on SIM card (fx negative balance).
Or choose a better placement of the
alarm panelt.
Reset the alarm panel and set time.
Contact CMS provider.
Contact CMS provider.
Check if SIM card has negative balance.
Pick up or turn on the phone.
Check balance and top up if needed.
