Training Facilities

1. Online Courses

The online courses are located in the e-Learning center on the Canon
USA
e-Support Center Web Site provide easy access to the training. The
online courses can be conducted at any dealer facility that is suitable for
online student learning.

2. Virtual Instructor-led

Virtual Instructor Led training courses are conducted via a WebEx
session. Students can participate locally in this training event (which uses
video display of hands on servicing techniques) without the need to travel
to a Canon training facility.

3. Classroom Training Facilities

Classroom training is available in each of the five Canon Regional
Training Centers:
