Océ PRISMAaccess is a workflow management application that provides job
submission and, automated communications to customers. Customers are
able to submit jobs to a print room or print shop directly from a desktops via a
web interface or via e-mail.
Océ PRISMAaccess can be configured to provide automated e-mail
notifications and a personalized overview of jobs in production to update the
customer on the status of orders. Tools are available for price estimation and
to develop quotes based on job requirements.
