3.1.3. LCD
DISPLAY
The component used is a colour TFT-LCD unit with 800x3x600 resolution and 262144 colors. It is
provided with a touch screen to facilitate interaction with the user.
3.1.4. T
OUCH SCREEN INTERFACE BOARD
This is the board that controls the 4-wire resistive touch screen and interfaces the touch screen to
the CPU board.
3.1.5. TGS
READER
This device enables the machine to read the user's TGS key for performing workouts programmed
with the Wellness System.
On the key reader there are 2 LEDs: a green one that lights if the device is powered, and a red one
that lights if read/write operations are in progress.
3.1.6. F
AN
There are 2 fans powered with 12 Vdc used to cool down the PC.
3.1.7. P
OWER SUPPLY
Receives the incoming line voltage and outputs the direct currents +12 Vdc and +5 Vdc to power all
the electronic boards and the devices of the machine.
3.1.8. AUX
INPUT BOARD
This is a circuit board situated on the base of the machine, that makes available 4 USB ports, one
PS/2 port and an Ethernet network cable input for connecting any keyboards, computer mice or
memory keys.

OWER ENTRY MODULE
This is a block consisting of:
• power inlet socket;
• power outlet socket;
• fuse-holder for protecting line voltage and neutral with two 4A slow-blow fuses.
Situated on the side of the rear platform.
