5. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

5.1. SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

For proper installation of the equipment, make sure that:
1. The machine is installed on a level, vibration-free surface with a sufficient capacity to support
its weight.
2. The environment is dust or sand free..
3. The environment meets the operating temperature and humidity conditions specified in
paragraph 2.3. "Ambient specifications".
4. The machine is not positioned close to sources of heat, sources of electromagnetic noise
(television sets, electric motors, antennas, high voltage lines, appliances etc...) or medical
equipment.
5. The mains voltage must match the value specified on the machine rating plate.
6. The electrical system must be provided with an efficient ground connection.
7. The wall outlet used should be reserved for the machine and have a rating of at least 800 Watts.
8. Position the mains lead and network cable where is will not be underfoot. For this purpose, it is
recommended to use the special trackways.

5.2. INSTALLATION

For proper installation of the equipment, proceed as follows:
1. Make sure that the assembly specifications and requirements are met (see paragraph 5.1. ).
2. Remove the equipment from the packing.
3. Position the equipment, as described above, on a level, vibration-free surface with a sufficient
capacity to support its weight.
4. Connect the power supply cable to the equipment.
5. Connect the network cable to the socket provided.
6. Set the starter switch to 0.
7. Connect the power supply cable to the power socket.
