To dismantle the Technogym CROSS PERSONAL cross trainer for removal, follow these steps:

1. Tweeter Removal:
- Use a 2.5 mm hex key.
- Unscrew 2 screws anchoring the tweeter support using a Phillips screwdriver.
- Remove the tweeter.

2. Platform Lever Removal:
- Use a 4 mm hex key to unscrew screws in the lower-rear platform lever area.
- Remove the end part of the chrome-plated lever guard.
- Use a 5 mm hex key to unscrew the screw anchoring the platform lever to the crank.
- Disconnect the lever from the crank.
- Disconnect the platform lever from the Total lever.
- Remove the lower lever guard (11 screws using a Phillips screwdriver).
- Remove the upper platform lever guard (5 screws with washers using a Phillips screwdriver).

3. Hub Removal:
- Unscrew the hub assembly anchor.

4. Display Board Removal:
- Disconnect cables from the CPU (iPod docking station and AUX inputs).
- Remove the plastic grille protecting the display boards (8 screws using a Phillips screwdriver).
- Disconnect WiFi aerial cables from the WiFi card.
- Remove LCD inverter, WiFi card, and tuner card.

5. Secondary ON Switch Card Removal:
- Power off and unplug the equipment.
- Remove the rear display cover.
- Remove HR/HS receivers support cover.
- Remove front and rear plastic angle pieces under the aluminium display frame.
- Remove plastic “V” guard and polished aluminium “V” guard (3 screws using a 4 mm hex key).
