STEP 3:
• LOOSELY assemble the 3" X 2" TUBE (9) to the SEAT FRAME (2) using two 3/8 X 3-3/4" BOLTS (15), four 3/8" SAE WASHERS
(19), four RH WASHERS (20), two 3/8" LOW HEIGHT LOCK NUTS (18) and four RH CAPS (39) as shown in FIGURE 3.
