[Purpose of operation]
Perform the initial settings for each channel to operate the QD62 (E/D).
Set the following initial setting parameters:
• Preset value
• Coincidence output point set No.1
• Coincidence output point set No.2
• Counter function selection setting
These initial settings eliminate the need to set sequence programs.
