Starting the program

Start the program as follows:
1.
Connect a computer that runs the Windows
port of the switcher (see
page 6).
2.
Click Start > Programs
Universal Switcher Control Program
The Communication Setup window appears (see figure 10).

3.
If necessary, select the tab, RS-232 or USB, for the port you are using for the connection.
4.
Depending on the tab that is selected, RS-232 or USB, select either:
• RS-232 tab — The Com port to which your switcher is connected
USB tab —

Extron USB Device_0
5. Click . The Extron Universal Switcher Control Program window (see figure 11)
Connect
displays the selected video and audio input.
