Ride control valve - Install (H.40.B.14 - F.10.A.15)

435, 445, 445CT

1. Install the Ride Control Valve (2) into the chassis
mounting location.
2. Install the mounting bolts (4) into the Ride Control
Valve and tighten the mounting bolts (4).
3. Connect the electrical harness (3) to the Ride
Control Valve (2) electrical connection.
4. Reservoir - Apply vacuum (A.10.A.22 - F.35.A.50)
Start the vacuum pump.
5. Remove the caps from the fittings and the plugs
from the hoses and tubes.
6. Connect the hydraulic hoses and tubes (1) to the
Ride Control Valve (2) and tighten the fittings.
Stop the vacuum pump.

8. Remove the vacuum pump from the hydraulic
reservoir. Install the filler cap on the reservoir.
9. Start and run the engine at low idle for 2 to 5 minutes
and check for any leaks.
10. Stop the engine.
11. Check the hydraulic oil level in the reservoir and
add hydraulic oil as required. Reservoir - Filling
(A.10.A.22 - F.60.A.10)
