SINGLE ARM Lift - Install (H.40.B - F.10.A.15)

435, 445, 445CT

1. Installation of the loader frame and loader H-frame
arm is the reverse of the removal procedure.
2. After lowering the loader frame onto the chassis,
push the hydraulic couplings into the mounting
holes in the chassis uprights before install the loader
lift cylinder pins (14), see illustration in Figure 1
and H-frame arm assembly pins (8), see illustration
in Figure 2. This will allow the loader frame to
be moved in any direction to allow access to the
hydraulic couplings. Install the hydraulic coupling
retaining rings (if equipped).
3. After completing the loader installation, check the
hydraulic oil reservoir level. Start the machine and
check for proper loader operation. Check hydraulic
lines for leaks.
