ECO DECT uses less energy and reduced transmission power.
Reducing transmission power (radiation)
In normal operation (default setting):
The device range is set to maximum as default. This guarantees optimum wireless management.
In idle status, the handset will not function (as it is not transmitting). Only the base will maintain
contact with the handset via a low wireless signal. During a call, the transmission power
automatically adapts to the distance between the base and handset. A closer distance to the
base means lower transmission power.
Reducing the range and thereby lowering transmission power by up
to 80%
In many spaces such as apartments, business facilities and offices, the maximum range is not
necessary. If you deactivate the Maximum Range setting, you can reduce the transmission

power during a call by up to 80%, using half of the range.

A wake-up call is shown on the display (
melody. The wake-up call sounds for 60 seconds. If no key is pressed, the wake-up call is
repeated twice at five minute intervals and then switched off.
During a call, the alarm is only indicated by a short tone.
Deactivating the wake-up call/repeating after a pause (snooze mode)

The wake-up call is deactivated and then repeated after 5 minutes. After the second repetition
the wake-up call is deactivated completely.
