Operating modes: automatic/semi-automatic
The button
can be used to set the automatic or semi-automatic operating mode. To
be able to do this, the detector must be in programming mode (unlocked).
When the button
once.
The detector is now in automatic mode.
If the button is pressed again, three beeps will sound and the red LED will flash three
times.
The detector is now in semi-automatic mode.
By default, this device is supplied set in automatic operating mode.
Automatic mode
• In automatic mode, the light is switched on once a movement is detected and while
the ambient lighting is below the preset lux value. Once the preset time has expired
and the person can no longer be detected, the light is switched off again.
• However, if the ambient lighting exceeds the preset lux value the light output is
switched off. The shut-off value is automatically calculated based on the preset lux
value on the controller or on the IR dimming remote control.
The following formula applies:
Preset lux value x 110% = lux value used for deactivation
(The preset lux value is the sum of the artificial light and the ambient light)
is pressed, a beep sounds from the buzzer and the LED flashes
