5-2. S Tension Regulator Offset/Gain Adjustment

Precaution
Be sure to perform this adjustment after replacing the S main brake shoe, S reel
motor, S reel table and so on.
Tools
. Torque cassette (FWD back ten.) (MW-389): J-6323-890-A
. Parallel pin (d = 2.0 mm):
. Oscilloscope (Tektronix 2465B or equivalent)
Preparations
1. Turn off the power.
2. Remove the upper frame without disconnect-
ing the harness connectors. (Refer to the
maintenance manual Part 1, step (1) to (4) in
Section 1-6-2.)
3. Remove the cassette compartment. (Refer to
the maintenance manual Part 1, Section 1-7.)
4. Connect the oscilloscope as follows;
CH-1: TP700/SV-206
CH-2: E700/SV-206
CH-1: DC mode, 0.2 V/DIV
5. Set the switches S100-1 and S100-2 on the
SV-206 board to ON.
6. Turn on the power.
