Preparations
1. Put the unit into the unthreading end state.
2. Turn off the power.
3. Remove the upper frame.
(Refer to the maintenance manual Part 1, Section 1-6.)
4. Remove the cassette compartment.
(Refer to the maintenance manual Part 1, Section 1-7.)
Tools
. Torque screwdriver (3 kg.cm):
. Torque screwdriver bit (for M1.4):
. Torque screwdriver bit (for M2):
. Cleaning cloth (15 cm x 15 cm):
. Cleaning fluid:
Replacement
1. S tension regulator arm assembly removal
Remove the S tension regulator arm assembly.
(Refer to Section 4-10.)
2. SR-65 board replacement
Remove the two screws and disconnect the
harness from the connector CN1, and then replace
the SR-65 board with a new one.
3. S tension regulator arm assembly
installation
Install the S tension regulator arm assembly.
(Refer to Section 4-10.)
4. Tension regulator guide cleaning
(1) Clean the guide roller with cleaning cloth
moistened with cleaning fluid.
(2) After cleaning, wipe with dry cloth.
