ERROR-92 INTERNAL INTERFACE ERROR 1
(INTERNAL I/F 1)
Description: Abnormality was detected in the communication between SYS CPU (IC108 on
SY-272 board) and other CPU/MPU.

ERROR-93 INITIALIZE ERROR
(CPU INITIALIZE)
Description : Abnormality was detected in the communication between SERVO CPU (IC102
on SV-206 board) and DRUM MPU (IC210/SV-206 board).
Detecting condition : When the diagnostic of each IC at turning on the power or shifting the operation
mode is in abnormal state.
Sub error message and Detecting condition :
DRUM : When the communication with DRUM MPU (IC210 on SV-206 board)
Possible causes : . MPU control interface circuit (IC105 and 109 on SV-206 board) trouble.
. DRUM MPU (IC210 on SV-206 board) trouble.
Protecting operation : None

abnormal state.
When the communication with DP-264 board's MPU (IC101) is in
abnormal state.
