Regarding signals reported on above table: SW_VDD and SW_BACK means Switched_VDD and
Switched_Backlight, i.e., these are the voltage that can be supplied to LCD and backlight,
respectively, and can be driven via software.
Analogic_Dimming is a +5V signal, derived from LVDS_BLT_CTRL coming from Qseven
for direct analogic control of backlights not supporting PWM.
LCD software-driven voltage, i.e. signal SW_VDD, can also be regulated to be +5V_S or +3.3V_S,
using jumper JP4, which is a standard pin header, P2.54mm, 1x3 pin.

2-3

Similarly, backlight software-driven voltage, signal SW_BACK, can be regulated to be +12V_S or
+5V_S, using jumper JP5, which is another standard pin header, P2.54mm, 1x3 pin.

3.3.4 Display ID EEPROM socket

In case you are using panels not able to communicate to the Qseven
correct synchronisation/configuration, or you need to use peculiar timing parameters, it is possible
2
to use a specific I
C EEPROM programmed with correct data.
For this purpose, an 8-pin DIP socket p2.54mm, type TE p/n 2-1571552-2 or equivalent is
provided, with the following pinout:
