The air receiver (1) is tested according to official
standards. Regularly have inspections carried out in
conformity with local regulations.
Daily drain condensate.
SAFETY VALVE
All adjustments or repairs are to be done
by an authorized representative of the
valve supplier, see section Specific safety
precautions.
Following checks must be carried out on the safety
valve (2):
• A check of the opening of the lifting gear, twice a
year.
This can be done by screwing the cap of the valve
anti-clockwise.
• A check of the set pressure once a year according
to the local regulations. This check cannot be done
on the compressor and must be carried out on a
proper test bench.

FUEL SYSTEM
PRIMING INSTRUCTIONS
Fuel leaked or spilled onto hot surfaces
or electrical components can cause a fire.
To help prevent possible injury, turn the
"ON/OFF" switch in position "OFF"
when changing fuel filters or water
separator elements. Clean up fuel spills
immediately.
Prime the fuel system in order to fill the fuel filter.
Prime the fuel system in order to purge trapped air.
The fuel system should be primed under the following
conditions:
• Compressor is put in operation for the first time
• Running out of fuel
• Storage
• Replacement of the fuel filter
Do not loosen the fuel lines at the fuel
manifold. The fittings may be damaged
and/or a loss of priming pressure may
occur when the fuel lines are loosened.
