Erratic or erroneous readings:
Possible causes:
1. Test lead damaged or not connected.
2. Poor test lead connection.
3. Poor Mains power source supply. Check extension cords, plugs and cables carefully.
4. Test set attached to a "Live" load or high interference load.
5. Try to measure the primary winding in series to the secondary winding. See chapter F
Measuring high- and low-voltage-side in series on page 125.
Cannot switch off the WR14
Disconnect the power cable and press the Power switch for 15 seconds.
