If a time controlled humidity control is provided then a humidity sensor is not necessary. Note! Is the control device connected according to the electrical circuit diagram? Are the sensors (temperature and humidity) connected as per section 5.6, page 18... -

For this purpose disconnect the STB circuit directly on the oven sensor during the sauna operation. The heating system must switch off automatically. The corresponding message is displayed on the display. Check the oven sensor. -
