For custom toe tick greater than 102mm
Measure the required height for the bottom grille. On a board, carefully score/cut

the un-required vanes from the bottom of the kickstrip grille and discard (refer to A).
Drill Ø 4mm holes into the dimples of the grille (refer to B).

Repeat this process for all dimples.
Cut unnecessary vanes from the bottom of the grille
With the grille tabs facing upwards, align the grille to the bottom of the plinth where

the screw holes are located and secure with screws x3 (#8 x 16mm pan head screws)
(refer to C).
Align the air flow divider underneath the grille tabs indicator and clip onto the vanes of

the bottom grille (refer to D).
