You want to cook frozen meat
A signal sounds. The oven switches off. Switch off the
function selector.
The set time counts down in the display.
To call up the remaining cooking time ?, end time !
or time j: Press the j clock button repeatedly until
the relevant symbol appears.
To call up the weight: Press the i info button.
The weight range is deliberately limited. It is rare to find
casserole dishes of sufficient size for cooking large pieces of
meat. Cook large pieces of meat using top/bottom heating t or
hot air grilling S.
Use a smaller dish and more liquid.
Use a larger dish and less liquid.
Use a casserole dish with a firmly fitting lid. Very lean meat stays
more juicy if it is covered with bacon rashers.
The roasting dish lid is not closed properly. Or the meat has
risen and raised the lid. Always use a suitable lid. Ensure that
there is a minimum distance of 3 cm between the meat and the
lid.
Season the frozen meat in exactly the same way as fresh meat.
N.B. The end time cannot be set to a later time if cooking meat
from frozen. The meat would defrost before the program starts.
