Edit an Entry in the Local Phonebook
Find or view the entry, see
Entry in the Local
number will appear. First edit the name. Change between upper and lower case characters
by pressing the *-key on the keypad. The middle Soft key is used as a Clear (C) button.
Press navigation key (down) to edit the number. By using Navigation key (left) it is possible
to step and add/delete a character/digit in the middle of a name/number. Press "Save";
"Entry saved" is shown. The handset will automatically return to the local phonebook and
the saved entry is marked.

Find an Entry in the Central Phonebook
Select the Contacts tab and press the Navigation key (down) to enter Contacts. Use
Navigation key (down) and mark "Central phonebook". Press "Find"; "Find:" will appear.
Enter a name or number. Press "Ok". For more information about how to search in the

Save a Number from the Call List to the Local Phonebook
Select the Contacts tab and press the Navigation key (down) to enter Contacts. Use
Navigation key (down) and mark "Call list" and open it by pressing the Navigation key
(right). (This is the same call list that is reached by pressing navigation key (down) in stand-
by mode.) The first number in the list is marked. Press the Soft key with the "Add contact"
icon. The number is automatically added to the local phonebook and you only have to add
the name. Change between upper case and lower case characters by pressing the *-key
on the keypad. The middle Soft key is used as a Clear (C) button. Press "Save"; "Entry
saved" is shown. The handset will automatically return to the call list.

Delete a Number in the Call List
Select the Contacts tab and press the Navigation key (down) to enter Contacts. Use
Navigation key (down) and mark "Call list"; open it by pressing the Navigation key (right)

mode.) The first number in the list is marked. Use Navigation key (down) and mark the
number you want to delete. Press "Options"; "Delete" is marked. Press "Select";
"Number deleted" is shown. The handset will automatically return to the call list.
