If you use a probe station other than the Cascade Microtech Summit 9000, 11000, or 12000
series, you should prepare a mounting plate that fixes the test head and a cable that
connects the test head and probe head. Refer to the test head dimensions (Figure B-6) and
customize a mounting plate that connects easily with your probe station. The cable that
connects the test head to the probe head should have a 50 Ω characteristic impedance and
be as short as possible.
