6.2.18 Log over Head

Some Linux file systems uses a log-structure file system that allows for metadata to be written in
between blocks of data. Normally this metadata isn't critical and does not need to be copied. However,
if you would like this information to be copied, you must define the gap size.
You can define the gap size as 2MB, 4MB, 8MB, 16MB or 64MB. By default Log Over Head is set
to NO, which means the metadata will not be copied.
Tap the 'ENT' button and then press the UP/DoWN buttons to change this option's setting.
Tap the 'ENT' button to set the Log Over Head value.

6.2.19 Partition Full Copy

The Partition Full Copy option allows you to run a hybrid Brief/Disk Copy. This type of copy is useful
when duplicating a disk that contains hidden data or hidden partitions that would not be recognized
by Brief Copy.
Tap the 'ENT' button to change this option.
• [ ‫٭‬ ] – Partition Full Copy is enabled. The duplicator will make a Disk Copy of an assigned
partition after Brief Copy is completed.
• [ ] – Partition Full Copy is disabled (default). The duplicator will simply make a Brief Copy.

6.2.20 Partition Gap Copy

The Partition Gap Copy option allows the duplicator to copy any gap data that resides between
partitions when running Brief Copy. This is only required in rare circumstances.
Tap the 'ENT' button to change this option.

• [ ] – Partition Gap Copy is enabled. The duplicator will check for and copy any data that
resides between partitions. .
• [ ] – Partition Gap Copy is disabled (default). The duplicator will simply make a Brief Copy.

6.2.21 Partition Unused Copy

The Partition Unused Copy option allows the duplicator to copy any unused partitions.
Tap the 'ENT' button to change this option.
• [ ‫٭‬ ] – Partition Unused Copy is enabled. The duplicator will Brief Copy any unused partitions.
• [ ] – Partition Unused Copy is disabled (default). The duplicator will skip any unused partitions
during a Brief Copy.
