Solution
Check whether the power supply is normal
Whether DC power cord is reversely connected during
installation
Check whether USB port connection is normal
Check whether USB port corresponds to the software COM
port
Check if software baud rate is set to 250000
Shut off the power and restart the printer
USB cable does not work
Restart the computer
Poor connection of temperature sensor
Temperature sensor is damaged, change the sensor
Restart the printer
