Confirm and change the display language and regional
settings of the ScanFront scanner.

a Language on the device
Set the display language for the ScanFront scanner.
IMPORTANT
The ScanFront must be restarted after changing the display
language.
b Time Zone
Set the region in which the ScanFront will be used.
c Enable daylight saving time
Apply daylight saving time for the region set as the time
zone.
IMPORTANT
• If the correct time zone is not set, the time stamps that are
saved for the send times of e-mail messages and for the
saved image files will be incorrect.
• When daylight saving time is enabled, the correct time may
not be reflected. In this case, set the correct time.
❏ Date/time settings
Configure the date and time on the ScanFront scanner. The
date and time will be applied to custom file names, for
example.
