❏ Exporting Users
You can save the user data to a specified folder.
Hint
Export users when you wish to back up the users or move the
user data to a different server because you are, for example,
changing the server.
1.
Select the users to export, and then press [Edit] -
[Export].
The Export screen appears.
2.
Enter the save location information.
Hint
• Press [Connection test] to check the connection for the
entered host name.
• Press [Browse] to display the Shared folder screen and then
specify the host and shared folder.
3.
Press [OK].
Exporting starts.
When the process is complete, a message appears.
4.
Press [Yes].
