Job Button Settings

In "Job Button Settings" of the user settings, you can register job buttons to Shared Job Button available to all users and My Job
Button provided for each user.

Select the type of job button to edit (Shared Job Button or
My Job Button).
b Job Button List
Displays the registered job buttons.
c [Select / unselect all] Button
Select all job buttons or clear all selected job buttons.
d [Edit] Button
Register new job buttons and edit job buttons.
e [Detail Info.] Button
Display details on the job buttons.
f Jump Keys
Use these keys to find specific Job Buttons when there are
many Job Buttons displayed, for example.
