Function
Sequence of operations 1. Enter the menu by typing the supervisor code.
Exit from the menu item 1. After finishing the setting, press the MENU button, to exit

Synchronisation gate time
7.8.
Pulse width of the remote synchronisation signal. When the
active state of the synchron puls is lower then this value the
instrument doesn't accept it as a synchronisation puls (this
function is useful for filtering false puls caused by noise).
The active state of the pulse is low (closed contact
R < 1 kΩ. between contacts 7, 8 at the synchronisation
terminals).
When the pulse is in low state the clock stops (you see

mnemonic on the display), when goes to high state
the clock starts (you see the time on the display.
The way the code should be type in is described in Chapter
7.1. Typing the code (password) in. You see on the

display:

2. Keep stepping by pressing the ▲ button as long as you
see this menu item:
3. Enter the menu item by pressing the ENTER button.
4. You see the actual gate time on the display, and the first
digit is blinking.
5. Pressing button ▲ gombbal you can set the puls width
from 1 to 8 seconds.

further settings, then you may select the desired menu

1. Press the MENU button. First the mnemonic
(Save), then the mnemonic
display. With this the storing of the settings is completed.
The instrument has exited the menu and goes on with the
measurement.
