Solution
Turn on the WiFi radio.
Move closed to an access point.
Turn on the Bluetooth radio.
Move without 10 m (32.8 ft.) of the other device.
Move into an area that has better service.
See technical support for VPN setup information.
Remove and re-install the SIM cards.
Contact your service provider and ensure that your data plan is ena-
bled.
Adjust the volume.
The display turns off after a period of inactivity. Set this period to 15
seconds, 30 seconds, 1, 2, 5, 10, or 30 minutes.
Recharge or replace the battery.
Move device to an area where the ambient temperature is between 0
°C (32 °F) or above 45 °C (113 °F).
Remove user-installed applications on the LEX L10 to recover mem-
ory. Select
→ Apps → Downloaded. Select the unused
programs and tap Uninstall.
Move closer to the other Bluetooth device(s), within a range of 10
meters (32.8 feet).
Turn on the Bluetooth device(s) to find.
Set the Bluetooth device(s) to discoverable mode. If needed, see the
device's user documentation for help.
