Recording

Mode dial: ~WSINMI~CN
Records the images without
compresston, so the Image does not
detenorate. Images recorded m thrs
mode are suitable for prmtmg wrth a
hgh-quality
image. The JPEG
(compressed) format image 1s also
recorded ~th the TIFF format image.

Set the mode dial to m, S, A,
M or SCN.
Press MENU.
The menu appears.
Select [MODE] (REC MODE)
with 4/b, [TIFF] with A/Y.
Record the Image.
The number of images that you
can record on a "Memory Suck"
(16 MB) m TIFF mode 1s
approx. 1.
To return
to normal
recording

Select [NORMAL,] with A/V m step 3.

Clip Motion
Files

Clip Motton 1s an ammatton function
that plays back still images in
successron. The images are stored m
GIF format, whrch IS convement for
creating home pages or attachmg
images to an e-mail.

Set the mode dial to SET UP.
The setup screen appears.
Select [a]
(CAMERA) with

[MOVING IMAGE] with
,/A/v, [CLIP MOTION] with
AR, then press 0.
Set the mode dial to @I$
Press MENU.
The menu appears.
Select ['a ] (IMAGE SIZE)
with 4/b, the desired mode
with AR.
NORMAL (160x120)
Clip Motion of up to 10 frames can
be recorded. Thts IS suitable for
use on home pages, etc.
MOBILE (80x72)
Clip Motion of up to 2 frames can
be recorded. Thrs IS smtable for
use with portable data termmals.
