@ Follow the on-screen messages to have the Add Hardware Wizard
recognize the hardware.
The Add Hardware Wizard starts twice because two different USB drivers are
to
be Installed. Be sure to allow the mstallatlon to complete wlthout mterruptmg
1t.

Do not connect the USB cable before the USB driver mstallatlon IS completed m step 4.

In step 7, make sore that a "Memoty St&' IS Inserted mto your camera before Installing the
USB dnver. Otherwse, you will be unable to mstall the USB drwer.
For Macintosh users

When usmg MacOS9.1
It 1s not necessary to install the USB dnver. The Macintosh recognizes the camera as
a drive slmply by connectmg it to the Macintosh with the USB cable.

When usmg MacOS8.5.1/8.5/9.0
Follow the procedures below to Install the driver.
0 Turn on your personal computer and allow the Mac OS to load.
@ Insert the supplied CD-ROM m the CD-ROM drive of your personal
computer.
@ Double-click the CD-ROM drive icon to open the wmdow.
0 Double-click the Icon of the hard disk containing the OS to open
the window.
@ Move the followmg two files from the wmdow opened in step 0 to
the "System Folder" icon in the window opened in step @ (drag
and drop).
