Incidents and solutions

Description
The indicator light is off.
The solar pump is running but the DHW calorifier
temperature is not increasing.
The solar pump starts and stops continually.
The solar pump starts later than expected.
The temperature difference between the DHW
calorifier and the solar collector increases when the
system is activated.
The solar circuit cannot evacuate the heat.
The solar pump is not running but the collector
temperature is higher than the DHW calorifier
temperature.
The tank temperature drops even though there is
no draw-off.
The collector temperature is higher than the outside
temperature at night.

Checks
The fuse is defect.
The current has been cut.
Air bubbles are present in the
circuit.
The solar collector filter is clogged. Clean the filter.
The solar collector sensor is in the
wrong place.
The temperature difference set on
the control system is too small.
The tubular collector option is
unsuitable.
The DT value is too high.
The collector sensor is incorrectly
set or placed.
The solar pump is defect.
The circuit is blocked.
The circuit is scaled up.
The current has been cut.
The pump does not start in manual
mode.
The pump is not receiving power
from the control system.
The DT value is too high.
The pump operates during the
night.
There is recirculation in the solar
circuit or the domestic hot water
circuit.
The non-return valves are not
working.
Thermosiphon circulation is too
powerful.
7. Troubleshooting
Solutions
Replace the fuse.
¼See chapter: "Electricity supply",
page 64.
Restore the current.
Vent the heating installation.
Check the pressure.
Activate and deactivate the pump
several times in a row.
Place the collector sensor on the solar
flow, the hottest point on the collector
outlet.
Modify the DT value.
Modify the FT value.
Modify the DT value.
Modify the DT value.
Place the collector sensor on the solar
flow, the hottest point on the collector
outlet.
Change the solar pump.
Clean the solar circuit.
Descale the circuit.
Check the fuse in the control system.
Check the electricity supply.
The pump is blocked.
Check that the PWM cable is
connected to the pump.
Change the solar pump.
Check the fuse in the control system.
Check the electricity supply.
Change the control system.
Modify the DT value.
Check the programming of the control
system.
Place a non-return device in the solar
or domestic hot water circuit.
