• Check that paper is at the paper feed position.
If not, check the paper lift mechanism, then check the circuit as follows.
Does the FCU output the paper lift drive signal at CN8-5 ?
Y
Replace the FCU.
Does the paper lift solenoid receive the drive signal ?
Y
Replace the DRU.
Replace the solenoid if it is not working.
Does the FCU receive signals from the paper height sensor ?
Y
Does the FCU output + 5V at CN11-5 ?
Y
Replace the FCU.
Replace the paper sensor board.
