Solution
Check if you can open the files on the SD Card
from Windows Explorer. If not, the card may be
damaged. You may try to collect data again, but
note that it is possible that a significant amount
of data may have been permanently lost. Contact
ResMed for guidance.
Unplug the SD Card that was slotted first.
Install the correct driver software and try again.
Re-insert the ResMed USB stick. Check that the
drive has been inserted the right way and that it
is placed in as far as possible within the USB
port.
If you require further guidance, please contact
ResMed.

Download data onto the ResMed USB stick from
only one device at a time. Ensure that all data is
removed from the USB stick before downloading
data from a device. This is the preferred option.
Alternatively, after downloading data from the
first device, open the USB stick in Windows
Explorer and delete the data that has been
downloaded. Repeat the process for each device.
Install the correct driver software and try again.
Note: If you are using one of the ResMed
recommended readers, the driver software
can be found in the ResScan installation CD.
ResScan Data Card readers are not compatible
with Windows NT operating systems. You may
need to upgrade to newer variants of Windows
operating systems (eg, Windows XP, Windows
Vista or Windows 7).
