Create a new note

Click the New Note icon in the Notes toolbar. The cursor will flash in the 'User added text'
section. Write your note in the 'User added text' section, and click the Save icon in the Notes
toolbar.
1 User name is picked up from the user's Windows login ID.
2 New note appears in a summarized format.
3 The first line entered in the User Added Text field is displayed at the top of
the screen in the Note field. This acts as a summary of the note.
4 Add extra information in the body of the note.

Edit a note

Click a note to display the full text in the 'User added text' section where it can be edited.

Delete a note

Delete a note by using the Delete icon on the Notes toolbar.

Print a note

Click the Print icon on the Notes toolbar to print a note.
