Troubleshooting

Fault
Appliance cannot be started
Suction is too low
Suction turbine does not run
Brush roller motor is not running
Insufficient cleaning result
Gear too loud

Circuit diagram

The circuit diagram is included in the appendix. Circuit diagrams
are not generated automatically with the service information. Pri-
or to using the circuit diagram you should verify whether the
present version is current.
Remedy
Establish mains contact.
Check the mains connection cable for damages. Replace the defective mains
cable.
Check/replace the startup capacitor.
Check/replace the startup capacitor startup electronics.
Check/replace switch "brush drive".
Exchange the paper filter bag.
Suction hose/ suction channel blocked; clean suction hose/ suction channel.
Check/replace the pressure switch.
Check/replace the suction turbine.
Check cable connections / remove defect.
Check/replace the protective switch.
Check/replace the micro switch.
Check/replace the startup capacitor.
Check/replace the operation capacitor.
Check/replace the brush roller motor.
Check/replace the startup capacitor startup electronics.
Check/replace switch "brush drive".
Suction is too low
Check brush rollers for foreign bodies
Check/replace the toothed belt.
Suction hose/ suction channel blocked; clean suction hose/ suction channel.
Exchange the paper filter bag.
Grease the toothed wheels.
Check/replace the toothed wheels.
