Possible Cause - Solution
The volume might be set too low. Check the volume control in the Volume Control
Panel in the Windows taskbar, or use the key combination Fn + F5 and F6 to
adjust.
The compact disc is dirty. Clean it with a CD-ROM cleaner kit.

sleep (Fn + F4) key combination, or press the power button if no LEDs are lit.
A software conflict made the system "crash" . Consult your OS manual. As a last
resort, since you will lose any unsaved data, try to reboot the system or if that
doesn't work, turn the computer off and on again.
Power Options features are not enabled. Go to the Windows Power Options menu
and enable the features you prefer. Make sure you have enabled Hibernate mode
from the control panel.
Possible Cause - Solution
The modules are off. Check the LED indicator to see if the modules are on or off. If
the LED indicator is off, then press the WLAN or Bluetooth Module On/Off key
combination in order to enable the modules.
The driver(s) for the module(s) have not been installed. Make sure you have
installed the driver for the appropriate module.
